Janesh S., 3D Artist

3D & CGI

Janesh S.

If it looks rendered, it isn't finished.

Janesh S. is a 3D artist and CGI generalist for product visualisation and motion. The aim is always the same: to make the impossible shot look as if it was simply photographed.

Janesh studied industrial design and still builds models the way an engineer would — from real drawings, at real size, in real materials. It takes longer. It is also why the renders hold up beside the photographs.

Selected Work
Project Super Jumbo — livery study: a clay-white 3D model with only the tail painted vermilion

Project Super Jumbo — 3D Visualisation, 2026

Forty-One Tails

Built a double-deck airliner in 3D from the manufacturer's drawings and tested forty-one tail designs in dawn, noon, dusk and rain — so the livery was chosen in the light the aircraft would actually live in.

Tessel — the speaker on a blush pink plinth, the wordmark engraved around its base

Tessel — 3D & CGI, 2025

Two Hundred and Twelve Parts

Rebuilt a speaker from its engineering files — two hundred and twelve parts — and matched every finish to the supplier's physical swatches, for a launch film made before the product could be photographed.

Movement — a CGI close-up of an open watch movement, brass gears and bridges inside a steel case resting on dark slate

Independent Work — Watchmaker, 2025

Movement

CGI films and stills for an independent watchmaker, built from the engineering files of a movement with two hundred and six parts.

A Pavilion Not Yet Built — an architectural visualisation of a low timber pavilion at a lake's edge, glowing at dusk in rising mist

Independent Work — Architectural Visualisation, 2024

A Pavilion Not Yet Built

Visualisations for an architecture practice's competition entry. The pavilion won; the renders are still the only pictures of it.

Within the Collective

Janesh typically leads product visualisation, CGI films and any project where the thing being shown doesn't exist yet or can't be reached with a camera. Janesh works with V. on what has to be believed, and with the collective's motion designers, editors and sound designers, who take a render and turn it into a film.

All project enquiries are handled by Creative Director V. through Influence Design Studio.
